Marketing Coordinator

As a global jewellery retailer with a proud heritage and strong growth ambitions, we’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team and support the delivery of integrated campaigns across our global markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, working with a variety of stakeholders, and contributing to campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across a range of channels. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from brief through to execution
• Developing creative briefs and tracking campaign deliverables, approvals and timelines
• Liaising with internal teams including Marketing, Merchandise, Retail, eCommerce, CRM and Production, as well as external agencies and suppliers
• Coordinating the collection, organisation and distribution of campaign assets and marketing collateral
• Producing campaign documentation, promotional packs and internal communications
• Supporting budget administration, invoice processing and approval workflows

What we're looking for

We're seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented marketing professional who can confidently manage competing priorities and build strong relationships across the business.

You'll bring:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing or marketing coordination role
• Experience supporting and coordinating marketing campaigns
• Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
