We are currently seeking qualified trainers and assessors for:

• Diploma of Leadership and Management

• Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management

• Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

 
What you'll be doing

• Deliver high-quality, engaging, and industry-relevant training to students in both classroom and practical settings.

• Provide students with clear, constructive feedback and support to ensure successful learning outcomes.

• Assess student competency in line with training package requirements and industry standards.

• Ensure training delivery and assessment is aligned with current industry practices and legislative requirements.

• Support the continuous improvement of training programs with industry trends and developments to ensure programs remain relevant and high-quality.

What we're looking for

• Relevant Vocational Competence in the qualifications above

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Trainer and Assessor in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse learners

• Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team

• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with industry changes
