Senior Project Manager

Currently on the market for an Infrastructure Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager to join our Professional Services and PMO team here in Melbourne.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation to come into our office three days a week.
About the RoleThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of client-aligned projects, with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a ‘best-practice’ project delivery approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
Key responsibilities:Monitor, manage, the configuration and support Core Network/Load Balancing and Network/Application Security solutionsLead, Build and maintain relationships with key technical staff in our Customers and Cube’s preferred vendorsDocument administration, support & management processes & proceduresProvide support within Service Level requirements of the CustomerOwnership & Resolution of critical problems and 2nd level escalationsFacilitate/participate in hand-overs and transition of projectsMaintain & grow technical understanding and keep up to date with security products and technology developmentsProvide mentoring and support to Associate Engineer staffIdentify, recommend and implement process improvements and efficiencies both internally and for customers as it relates to supporting Core Network and Network/Application Security environments
About You:Must have strong experience working as a Project Manager within a Professional Services or Managed Services business, delivering within Network projectsDelivering infrastructure, cloud, network, or cyber security projects.Strong understanding of Azure, Microsoft 365, networks, firewalls, routing, VPN, and connectivity.Proven ability to manage service transition, cutover, and BAU handover.Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.Familiarity with ITIL, enterprise change processes, and regulated environments.
