About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Internal Communications Coordinator (Part-Time, 2 days per week) to join our team and help bring our people, culture and organisational priorities to life through clear, engaging and timely communication.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys writing, creating content, working with people and finding better ways to communicate information across a busy organisation.
About the roleReporting to the Chief Executive, you will play a key role in coordinating internal communications across Ashfield Baptist Homes.
You will be responsible for making sure our staff receive the right information, through the right channels, at the right time.
Your day-to-day work will include:
You will also contribute to ensuring our communications reflect ABH's Mission, Vision and Values, while maintaining appropriate privacy, confidentiality and resident dignity.
About youWe are looking for a confident communicator who can turn sometimes complex information into simple, engaging and meaningful messages.
You will ideally have:
Experience in aged care or the not-for-profit sector would be highly regarded.
