We want to welcome an enthusiastic and dynamic Logistics Manager to join the team. Supported and assisted by our team, you as the Logistic Manager will understand client needs and collaboratively work with Transport Companies to deliver our goods to our clients in a way that represents our organization and core values. 

To be successful in this position a ‘Can-do’, the ability to Get Stuff Done (GSD) and communication skills are paramount. The ability to display initiative, take directions, and maintain high professional standards for the role is critical.

Key Performance Indicators:

Products delivered on time to our clients

Specific Responsibilities:

• Scheduling of Bulky Goods with Logistic Partners

• Communicating with clients in advance of goods being needed on-site

• Working with internal operations teams

• Working with Pipedrive and Netsuite Software

• Excellent follow-up skills

• Arranges all transport for all products

• 90% office based

• Hunts new transport providers with Operations Manager input

• Traffic directions from speaker box and radio to relevant site area Rep

• Freight POs and receipting

Knowledge and Experience Required:

• Calling customers to lock in delivery dates. 

• Experience in booking and coordinating bulky goods

• Provide detailed specialist advice to customers on logistics requirements.

• Professional approach to developing relationships

• Experience in team participation - friendly, enthusiastic, and positive towards all people and tasks

• Excellent written and communication skills with a clear telephone voice and manner

• Driver's License is essential and the ability to travel 

• Highly motivated – “can-do attitude”

• Good personal presentation

• Has excellent initiative

• Ability to take directions and follow through assigned tasks while working within a small team, as well as independently
