Position: Food and Beverage Attendant (Full time/Part-time) Ivy & Jack Restaurant 

Our restaurant Ivy & Jack is having a fresh new makeover and we're getting ready to welcome guests back through the doors. We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and experienced Food and Beverage Attendants to join our expanding team.

As our new Food & Beverage Attendant, you will help us create memorable experiences for every guest - whether they are enjoying a full conference banquet, a relaxed lunch, or their favourite early-morning coffee.

Ivy & Jack is a 120-seat urban industrial-chic venue on Hay Street, Perth CBD. Once home to the old Town Cinema, it’s now a vibrant city hotspot serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and some of the best daily specials in the CBD.
As part of the Holiday Inn Perth City Centre, our customers range from in-house guests enjoying buffet breakfast to locals and corporate clients using our conference spaces.

Availability for early starts is essential.

What you will do:

• Deliver the Holiday Inn promise of “Making Guests Smile” by creating genuine, warm, and memorable guest experiences.

• Greet and escort guests to their tables.

• Prepare beverages - including quality barista-made coffee - plus alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

• Serve food professionally and efficiently.

• Highlight specials and promotions.

• Provide meal or beverage recommendations.

• Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.

• Work collaboratively with your team to provide smooth, consistent service.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a Food & Beverage or bar service role.

• Availability across a 7 day rotating roster (mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays) 

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Food Safety Certificate

• Current police clearance (within 6 months)
