About the role
As Manager, Risk & Compliance Initiatives, you’ll support the implementation, enhancement and ongoing operation of CBUS’ risk and compliance frameworks, processes and capabilities. Working within the Enterprise Risk & Compliance team, you’ll help deliver practical and effective risk management practices that strengthen governance, improve visibility of risk and support better decision-making across the organisation.
This role is important to the successful delivery of CBUS’ Risk Transformation Program and the ongoing uplift of risk management maturity. Partnering with stakeholders across the business, you’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of risk and compliance disciplines, helping CBUS maintain a robust and effective control environment while delivering strong outcomes for members.
