International Logistics Coordinator (12 months fixed term)

Join Blackmores and play a key role in getting our products from Australia to customers across South East Asia and Greater China. 

We're looking for a driven, proactive internal logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership (makes it happen personality), and enjoys solving problems. Working within our International Logistics team, you'll prepare and manage end-to-end export shipments documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders and 3PL partners, and ensure products reach international markets compliantly and on time. 

This role reports to the Import-Export Manager and will be expected to work from our Surry Hills office at least 3 days per week and 2 days from home. 

What You'll Do 

• Manage end-to-end processing of international customer orders via sea and air freight.  

• Prepare export and customs documentation to support timely shipment clearance.  

• Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, 3PL providers and internal stakeholders across key markets including New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Korea, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. 

• Proactively communicate shipment updates, delays and risks to key stakeholders.  

• Support logistics administration activities across both international and domestic freight operations. 

• Ensure logistics procedures and controls are followed to maintain high operational standards. 

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the International Logistics function. 

What You'll Bring 

• At least 3 years or more work experience in international logistics, import/export, freight forwarding or a similar role. 

• Strong knowledge of air and sea freight, export documentation, customs processes and Incoterms. Hands on experience in preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, FOB declarations, AQIS/DAFF documentation including NX188B, NX188C and NX188D and Certificates of Origin (C06 and C09) 

• Experience working with freight forwarders and logistics providers. 

• Exposure to Free Trade Agreements (FTAs). 

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills. 

• A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities. 

• Experience within FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical or related industries. 

• Knowledge of import/export regulations across Asia and China.
