About the role
Mercy Community is seeking a passionate and engaging Team Manager to join our new Two Hearts program team. This is a Maximum term Full-Time contract position till 8 June 2029 role based in Herston. This role is a Monday to Friday based role.
The successful applicant for the role will be responsible for effective leadership, management and support in the development and implementation of high-quality service delivery to pregnant women and new mothers and their babies experiencing homelessness and mental health. This includes providing personal, professional, and organisational support to program workers, helping them perform their duties effectively.
$110,110 - $114,980 per annum (SCHADS L6) plus superannuation plus salary packaging available
