Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BW/4HANA & BPC Consultant with strong expertise in BW 7.5, BW/4HANA, Native HANA, ABAP, and SAP BPC to support enterprise data warehousing, planning, and reporting initiatives. The role will be responsible for BW/4HANA migration, data modelling, analytics, and planning solutions within large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in SAP data warehousing, reporting, and budgeting & forecasting solutions, with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive end-to-end delivery.

Salary: AUD 150,042 – 171,215 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP BW 7.5 on HANA to BW/4HANA migration and conversion projects, preferably using Shell Migration approaches.
• Design, develop, and optimize BW/4HANA data models including ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, and data flows.
• Perform migration, remediation, and integration of SAP BPC planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions with BW/4HANA environments.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes, transformations, DTPs, process chains, and data extraction frameworks.
• Support reporting and analytics solutions using BEx, WAD, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office, and Power BI.
• Conduct data reconciliation, validation, and quality assurance activities during migration and transformation programs.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, ABAP, BASIS, Security, and testing teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization within Agile project environments.

• Strong experience with SAP BW 7.5, BW/4HANA, Native HANA, and ABAP development.
• Proven experience in BW/4HANA Migration/Conversion projects, preferably using Shell Migration methodology.
• Expertise in BW/4HANA modelling including ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, Transformations, and DTPs.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BPC Standard, including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, FOX formulas, and Planning Sequences.
• Strong knowledge of reporting and analytics tools including WAD, BEx Analyzer, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Analysis for Office (AFO).
• Experience with SAP HANA data modelling, SQL scripting, performance optimization, and ETL development.
• Good understanding of SAP FI/CO integration with BW/BPC environments.
• Experience working on large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs and complex SAP landscapes

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (a Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus)
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP BW/4HANA.
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP BPC (Planning and Consolidation).
• SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA (preferred).
