Key Responsibilities

Access Control: Manage vehicle and pedestrian entry, ensuring compliance with site security protocols.Traffic & Movement Management: Control vehicle flow, intercoms, and parking areas to maintain safe, efficient operations.Contractor & Visitor Induction: Ensure all contractors and visitors are inducted and logged into the visitor management system.Surveillance & Monitoring: Monitor CCTV systems and alarms, identify vulnerabilities, and maintain perimeter security.Patrolling: Conduct internal and external patrols to detect risks and maintain site integrity.Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches, escalating as needed.Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation.Compliance & Safety: Enforce WHS standards and site security procedures; report hazards immediately.Customer Service: Deliver professional, courteous service while upholding security standards.

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements

Current Security LicenceCurrent First Aid CertificateMSIC or ability to obtain/maintain oneExcellent communication and customer service skillsProfessional presentation and understanding of corporate security protocolsCurrent valid driver’s license

CCTV monitoring and access control system experience
