Beauty Therapist

About the role

We are looking for a passionate, skilled and professional Beauty Therapist to become part of the Visage Aesthetics team. This role is suited to someone who genuinely loves the beauty and skin industry and takes pride in delivering high-quality treatments and exceptional client experiences. You will work within a premium women's high-end clinic and have the opportunity to build your skills while becoming an important part of the growth of the Visage brand.

Provide professional skin, facial and brow treatments, deliver excellent client care, recommend skincare and treatment plans, support sales and client retention, and maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and clinic professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and Asses: Conduct skin consultations and assessments before recommending treatments

• Deliver professional facials and advanced skin treatments

• Perform skin rejuvenation treatments, brow treatments and lash treatments

• Provide day-spa and relaxation treatments and treatment packages

• Offer skincare consultations and product recommendations

• Complete professional consultations and maintain accurate treatment records

• Maintain treatment rooms to a high standard — immaculate, organised, calm, beautifully presented and hygienic

• Build long-term relationships with clients through rebooking, treatment planning and follow-up

• Qualified and experienced in beauty therapy

• Passionate about skin, beauty and aesthetics

• Confident performing professional beauty treatments

• Warm and naturally good with clients

• Well presented and polished

• Professional and reliable

• Extremely clean and organised

• Comfortable working with a high-end clientele

• Confident discussing treatments and skincare

• Interested in continuing to learn
