We’re currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production and Delivery Team Member to join our Fine Foods team. This hands-on role will involve supporting daily food production and delivering products to our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Support:

• Assemble and prepare food products to set specifications.

• Organise ingredients and products for daily production runs.

• Weigh, fill, date stamp, and package goods with precision and care.

• Maintain a clean and safe production workspace in line with food safety standards.

Delivery & Logistics:

• Transport prepared goods to various Supamart store locations using a company vehicle.

• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules to ensure timely drop-offs.

• Safely load and unload products, taking care to avoid damage.

• Communicate with store teams to confirm deliveries, respond to queries, and resolve any issues.

• Conduct regular vehicle checks and report any maintenance concerns.

General Duties:

• Keep accurate records of deliveries and any issues encountered during transport.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, traffic, and workplace health and safety regulations.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to internal store stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Valid NSW Class C driver’s licence.

• Clean driving record and a strong commitment to safe driving practices.

• Previous experience in a food production, warehouse, or delivery role is desirable.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Strong time management and organisational skills.

• Physically fit with the ability to lift and carry heavy items.

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (or willingness to learn).
