We’re currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production and Delivery Team Member to join our Fine Foods team. This hands-on role will involve supporting daily food production and delivering products to our stores.
Production Support:
Assemble and prepare food products to set specifications.
Organise ingredients and products for daily production runs.
Weigh, fill, date stamp, and package goods with precision and care.
Maintain a clean and safe production workspace in line with food safety standards.
Delivery & Logistics:
Transport prepared goods to various Supamart store locations using a company vehicle.
Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules to ensure timely drop-offs.
Safely load and unload products, taking care to avoid damage.
Communicate with store teams to confirm deliveries, respond to queries, and resolve any issues.
Conduct regular vehicle checks and report any maintenance concerns.
General Duties:
Keep accurate records of deliveries and any issues encountered during transport.
Ensure compliance with food safety, traffic, and workplace health and safety regulations.
Provide friendly and professional customer service to internal store stakeholders.
Valid NSW Class C driver’s licence.
Clean driving record and a strong commitment to safe driving practices.
Previous experience in a food production, warehouse, or delivery role is desirable.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Physically fit with the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (or willingness to learn).
