BMF have an amazing opportunity for an Account Manager to join our legendary team based in Pyrmont. This is a fast-paced role which requires commitment, energy and someone who’ll thrive under pressure. To be our next super star Account Manager you’ll need to have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and ready to make your mark!

Support the production team to ensure best-practice executionSupport and inspire the strategic development processHave a considered/informed opinion throughout the entire marketing processKeep up-to-date with emerging trends and how they may benefit BMF or your clientsKnow the various expertise across the group and know when to engage themHave a broad understanding of all communications channelsTaking an active role in new business pitches as requiredBuild and nurture exceptional relationships with your client stakeholdersEnsure we deliver brilliant basics at all times Contact Reports / WIP’s / budgets, / Agenda / Updates / filing etc.Responsible for day-to-day financial management of your clientsEnsure projects are estimated correctly and delivered within budgetOwnership of the JCR process ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Weekly management of head hours – ensuring projects are profitable on completionTimesheets completed accurately and timelyAct as quality controller for all work createdCreation and maintenance of all project documentationEnsure that BMF and our clients are not exposed to any legal issue within a campaign

Qualifications

Any experience working in an advertising, communications or creative agency will be highly advantageous.History of strong client relationshipsProven ability to deliver great creative ideasGood understanding of marketing strategyStrong understanding of media plans and production specsDeep understanding of all communication channelsClear and articulate communications, with strong presentation skillsFlawless attention to detail and a strong drive for excellence.The ability to help with the preparation of presentation documents, including strong PowerPoint (and other relevant) skills.
