About the role
As our new Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you’ll lead and shape CareSuper’s lifecycle marketing strategy and capability, driving intelligent, behaviourally informed engagement that connects with members at the right time, through the right channel, and at key moments across their lifecycle. Reporting to the Manager Marketing Acquisition, you’ll set the direction, standards and priorities for lifecycle activity, lead a small specialist team, and play a hands-on role in designing and optimising always-on journeys, campaigns and personalised member communications.
  
You will:

• Set and own the lifecycle marketing strategy, aligned to member needs, lifecycle stages, behavioural objectives and priority moments.
• Lead, coach and develop lifecycle marketing specialists, building capability in behavioural design, data-led decision making and continuous optimisation.
• Design, deliver and optimise priority lifecycle campaigns and automated member journeys as part of a cross-functional squad.
• Apply behavioural science principles, including nudges, prompts and next-best-action thinking, to improve member engagement and reduce decision friction.
• Use behavioural, engagement and performance data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities and improve member value outcomes.
• Partner with digital, CX, product, creative and insights teams to deliver connected, consistent and compliant lifecycle experiences.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on lifecycle marketing leader who understands how to use insight, behavioural design and data to create meaningful member engagement.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:  

• Experience leading, coaching and developing teams, with a focus on capability, clarity and positive culture.
• Strong experience in lifecycle, CRM, marketing automation, digital marketing or customer engagement environments.
• A practical understanding of behavioural science principles and how they can be applied to messaging, nudges, prompts and member journeys.
• Experience developing personalised messaging, creative variations and test-and-learn approaches to optimise engagement and behavioural outcomes.
• Confidence using data, segmentation, propensity scoring or predictive modelling to inform targeting, prioritisation and campaign performance.
• Strong stakeholder influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across digital, CX, product, creative, insights and external partner teams.
