MHM Plant have exciting opportunities for experienced Civil and Mining Operators to join our team based in Perth.

The Role:

Operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment: excavators, dozers, graders, rollers, loaders, water trucks & articulated/rigid dump trucks

Perform pre-starts, routine checks, minor repairs and adjustments

Support site prep, earthworks and general civil and Mining tasks

Work within mine site safety systems, permits, and environmental requirements

Collaborate with the team to deliver works efficiently and safely

About You:

Minimum 2 years’ experience operating heavy civil construction or mining equipment

Relevant plant operator tickets/licences (Dozer, excavator, roller, grader, watercart/ADT etc

Heavy Vehicle Licence

Construction Induction Card (White Card)

Strong safety mindset and mechanical aptitude
