In this role, you'll:

Be responsible for managing contract creation and variations within the Contract Administration Team. This includes reviewing and processing customer requests across a range of systems and technologies, such as the MyTransport Portal, ARIBA, and SAP.

You’ll contribute to delivering high levels of service to agency customers while supporting process improvements and working as part of a dynamic team committed to making a positive impact.

You’ll also collaborate closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders, including teams in Supplier Administration, Service Centre, Finance, Technology, and Commercial Procurement, as well as Receipting, Invoicing and Compliance Control, and the IT Centre of Excellence.

About you

·        You will possess exceptional customer service skills, with experience working in an environment involving contracts.

·        You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

·        You will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.

·        You will apply strong collaboration skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders and resolve contract queries in a timely and effective manner.

·        You will handle confidential information with discretion and learn new systems with ease.

·        You will demonstrate a working knowledge of ARIBA, SAP, or other similar business systems.

·        You will understand contract disclosure requirements.
