Position Overview

Podium Money is seeking a Commercial Lending Specialist to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with existing referral partners and clients, delivering tailored finance solutions while assessing creditworthiness, managing risk, and driving strong lending outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and goals

• Assess financial statements, credit profiles, and business plans

• Stay informed on market trends, interest rates, and lending policy changes

• Advise on a broad range of commercial lending products

• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, banks, and financial institutions

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Commercial Banker or Broker or in a similar financial services role

• Solid understanding of commercial lending products and processes

• Strong financial analysis, communication, and negotiation skills

• Client-focused with excellent relationship management ability

• Familiarity with compliance and lending regulations

• Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (or willingness to complete)
