We are accepting applications for the following roles:
Supervisor (Full-time / Casual)
Food & Beverage Attendants (All levels / Casual)
The Role
Depending on your level of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering high-quality service to our local and corporate guests.
Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent):
Floor & Service Support: Provide efficient, professional table and bar service.
Guest Management: Greet guests, take orders, offer recommendations, and handle any enquiries professionally.
Shift Management: For supervisors, oversee shift flow, opening/closing procedures, and floor staff supervision.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain a clean, hygienic work environment and ensure compliance with food safety and NSW RSA regulations.
Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the kitchen and floor staff to ensure efficient service flow during busy lunch, dinner, and event shifts.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for team players who are reliable, organised, and take pride in their work.
Experience: Previous experience in a busy, fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment (supervisors should have a solid leadership background).
Skills: Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Compliance: A valid NSW RSA Competency Card is mandatory.
Availability: Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
