We’re looking for energetic, reliable Seasonal Casuals to step into our bustling DC during our peak season. You’ll be joining a passionate, high-volume team that moves fast, crushes goals together, and ships over 10,000 orders a day to our global community. • Availability: Minimum 4 full days per week (Monday to Saturday).
• Key Dates: Training starts mid September with one 8hr training shift. Peak campaign period kicks off in November through to late December. This engagement is casual and that there is no firm advance commitment to ongoing or indefinite work.
• Shift Duration: All shifts are 8-hour full days. You must be available to work the entire duration of your allocated shift times out of the listed below.

Standard Shift Times:

Morning:

06:00 – 14:00 | 07:00 – 15:00 | 07:30 – 15:30

Afternoon:

14:00 – 22:00 | 15:00 – 23:00 | 15:30 – 23:30

Rostered hours will be casual, however there is a compulsory 1 x paid induction shift mid September to mid October which you will need to attend. 

Depending on where the team needs you most each shift, your day could involve:

• Pick and Pack at Speed: Accurately assembling and packing community orders with care and attention to detail.
• Stock Replenishment: Efficiently replenishing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and product availability.
• Inbound & Outbound Operations: Processing incoming stock deliveries or prepping outbound shipments for our retail stores.
• Quality Control: Carrying out QC inspections on incoming bulk stock shipments to ensure products meet the LSKD standard.
