Data Analyt (Entry / Junior)

Role Description This part-time hybrid role is based in Sydney, NSW, with a mix of in-office work and the option to work from home. The Entry / Junior Data Analyst will support the Bruno Rocha - Direito Corporativo team by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to corporate legal services and business operations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports and dashboards, identifying trends and patterns in data, and assisting in the development of data models to support decision-making. The role also involves validating data accuracy, documenting methodologies, and presenting insights in a clear, accessible way to legal and corporate stakeholders. Collaboration with senior team members to refine analytical approaches and contribute to process improvements is a key component of this position.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.Foundational experience or education in data analytics, including working with structured datasets and basic data tools.Knowledge of statistics for data analysis, such as descriptive statistics, correlation, and basic hypothesis testing.Ability to contribute to data modeling efforts, including simple forecasting, segmentation, or other entry-level modeling techniques.Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.Relevant tertiary education in fields such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).Familiarity with common data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, basic BI tools, or introductory experience with SQL or Python) is highly beneficial.Demonstrated attention to detail, commitment to data quality, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional services environment.
