About the role

mf kitchens is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team in Lilydale, VIC. As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality custom cabinetry and joinery for our residential and commercial clients. This is a fulltime role with excellent opportunities for career growth.

Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

We're looking for

• Formal qualification in Cabinet Making or a related trade

• Minimum Certificate III qualification in Cabinet Making is required

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Cabinet Maker, preferably in a kitchen or joinery manufacturing environment

• Strong practical woodworking skills and expertise in using power tools and machinery

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

• Strong time management and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Work you'll be doing

• Interpreting design plans and specifications to produce cabinetry and joinery items

• Operating woodworking machinery and tools to fabricate cabinet components

• Assembling cabinetry and joinery in the factory

• Ensuring all work meets quality standards and project deadlines

• Collaborating with the design and project management teams to deliver exceptional customer service

• Maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment
