Do you have experience in property, tenancy or village management and enjoy working independently while building positive relationships with residents?

We’re looking for a Casual Relief Village Manager to provide operational coverage across our villages in the Beachmere and Caboolture area. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable stepping into a village at short notice and can confidently keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

As a Casual Relief Village Manager, you’ll step in to provide coverage when our permanent Village Managers are unavailable, sometimes at short notice. You’ll help ensure our villages continue to operate smoothly while providing residents and prospective tenants with a welcoming and responsive experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing casual relief coverage across villages in the Beachmere and Caboolture area, including at short notice where required.
• Supporting day-to-day village operations and responding to resident enquiries and operational matters.
• Conducting property inspections, entry and vacate processes, ensuring documentation and follow-up are completed accurately.
• Coordinating tenancy renewals and new tenant processes, supporting prospective residents from enquiry through to commencement.
• Maintaining accurate village and tenancy records while ensuring appropriate policies, procedures and compliance requirements are followed.

No two days are quite the same. Our Village Managers are at the heart of their communities, balancing property and tenancy administration with genuine resident engagement.

As a relief team member, you’ll need to be comfortable arriving at a village, quickly understanding what needs attention and providing dependable support until the permanent Village Manager returns. You’ll be backed by a broader team who can provide guidance when you need it.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have previous experience in village, property, residential, tenancy or community management.
• Hold the relevant Queensland real estate qualifications/licence required for the position.
• Are confident managing inspections, tenancy documentation, renewals, entries and vacates.
• Have strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills and enjoy working with residents from a diverse range of backgrounds.
• Are flexible and able to provide casual relief coverage in the Beachmere/Caboolture area, including at short notice, and can satisfy our pre-employment requirements, including a National Police History Check.
