Finance & Insurance Business Manager

Autosports Group (ASG) is looking for an experienced and driven Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our Berwick dealership portfolio, working predominantly across our Audi and Geely operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia’s leading automotive retail groups and play a key role in helping customers find the right finance, insurance and protection solutions while supporting our dealership teams to achieve strong commercial results.

About the Role

As a Finance & Insurance Business Manager, you will manage the end-to-end finance and insurance process, working closely with customers and the Sales team to deliver a seamless and professional vehicle purchasing experience.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing customer finance and insurance applications from enquiry through to settlement
• Presenting and selling finance, insurance and aftermarket products
• Building strong relationships with customers, lenders and internal stakeholders
• Working closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to maximise F&I opportunities
• Ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately
• Maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the entire purchasing journey
• Identifying opportunities to maximise finance penetration and ancillary product sales
• Supporting the dealership in achieving monthly F&I targets and profitability
• Ensuring all processes are completed in line with regulatory, lender and company requirements

About You

We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, customer-focused and confident working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in an automotive Finance & Insurance role
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products
• A proven ability to achieve and exceed F&I targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of compliance awareness
• The ability to work collaboratively with Sales and Management teams
• A professional and confident approach when dealing with customers
• A strong understanding of the end-to-end vehicle sales and finance process
• A current Australian driver's licence
