HALLY LOGISTICS PTY. LTD. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fleet Manager to join our team at Hally Logistics Pty Ltd  located at   Suite 107, 30 Campbell St, Blacktown NSW 2148.

Known for delivering efficient and reliable transport and fleet services, we are committed to excellence in logistics coordination, vehicle management, and operational efficiency. Key Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Organising the purchase of transport vehicles, equipment and fuel Liaising with clients to determine requirements and providing customers with advice and information regarding vehicle type, purchase or hire rates and obligations and handling complaints Receiving orders and bookings, planning and implementing transportation schedules, setting driver routes and managing driver rosters Ensuring goods are stored and transported in conditions that will maintain their quality Arranging collection and delivery of vehicles and goods Maintaining business records and preparing operational statements and reports Managing scheduled and unscheduled vehicle maintenance, including arranging roadworthy inspections and certificates Ensuring fleet vehicles comply with registration, licensing, roadworthiness and applicable transport requirements Monitoring fleet movements, utilisation and performance through vehicle tracking systems Managing vehicle accidents, incident reporting, insurance matters and operational risks Coordinating roadside assistance, vehicle recovery and towing arrangements in the event of vehicle breakdowns   Skills/Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or a related role Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Experience in transport scheduling, vehicle maintenance coordination, and client liaison Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and compliance standards What
