With new brands joining our portfolio, increased vehicle volumes and continued investment across our Sunshine Coast operations, we’re establishing our second Pre-Delivery Centre in Maroochydore, operating from our brand-new, purpose-built Isuzu facility.

You can replicate a successful structure and process we already have in place - taking what works and bringing it to life in our new facility. Or you can bring your own playbook.

Use your experience, ideas and leadership to build an even better pre-delivery operation from the ground up. Either way, we’re looking for someone who wants to make their mark. This isn’t just about managing PD.

We want a leader who sees the bigger picture - workflow, productivity, quality, people, communication and, ultimately, getting vehicles delivered right, first time.

You will have the opportunity to shape how the department operates, establish expectations and standards, develop your team and create a culture where people take pride in what leaves the facility.

You will work closely with Sales, Service, Parts and other key stakeholders to ensure vehicles move efficiently through the pre-delivery process and arrive where they need to be, when they need to be there.

What will you own?

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the Pre-Delivery Centre, including:

• Leading, developing and getting the best from your PD team

• Establishing and refining workflow, systems and processes

• Planning vehicle movements and managing priorities

• Driving productivity, efficiency and turnaround times

• Maintaining exceptional quality-control standards

• Coordinating accessory fitment and pre-delivery requirements

• Working closely with Sales, Service and Parts

• Creating accountability without losing the team

• Maintaining strong WHS and housekeeping standards

• Identifying bottlenecks and finding better ways of doing things

• Building a department capable of supporting PMG’s continued growth

Who are we looking for?

You might already be an experienced Pre-Delivery Manager looking for the opportunity to create something of your own.

Or perhaps you’re a high-performing PD Supervisor, Workshop Controller, Team Leader or automotive operations leader who knows you’re ready for the next step.

What matters to us is that you can lead people and run an operation.

You will be organised, commercially aware and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. You’ll know how to balance urgency with quality and how to create structure without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who looks at a blank canvas and thinks: “I know what I can do with this.”
