We’re now hiring for a Full Time Assistant Venue Manager to join our team at Yo-Chi Prospect! This venue is all about good vibes with strong a local community feel. Great high foot traffic location and easy access to public transport and parking.

As the Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll be at the center of it all, leading shifts, supporting your Venue Manager, and empowering a high performing team to deliver their best! This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll help drive performance across sales, labour, costs, and operational standards while keeping energy high and the team engaged. Bring your leadership experience, team first mindset and passion for exceptional customer experiences!

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead from the front and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage day to day operations including labour, P&L and cost controls.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are always met.
• Train, coach and motivate a high performing, engaged team.
• Champion a positive, inclusive and values led culture.
• Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.

Who we’re looking for:

• Experienced leaders in retail or hospitality (QSR preferred!).
• Proven success with KPIs, labour budgets, and financial management.
• Confident managing numbers and understanding what drives performance.
• Strong communicators who builds connected, high performing teams.
• A driven professional who leads by example and thrives in a fast paced environment.
• A problem solver with a proactive, positive mindset.
• Organised, adaptable, and always looking to improve.
• Committed to continuous growth and team development.
