Support Worker

At the end of your shift…

Maybe someone tried something independently for the first time. Maybe they got through an appointment they'd been anxious about. Maybe they simply made their own lunch — something small to anyone else, but a big deal to them.

We’re looking for people who:  

• Genuinely enjoy working with people, and build trust naturally  
• Stay calm and use good judgement when things don't go to plan  
• Are patient, reliable, and know how to really listen  
• Are comfortable using initiative and making decisions  

Experience in disability is valued, but it’s not the only experience we value.

Your previous career, your life experience and the skills you’ve developed along the way can all make you a great Support Worker.  
  
What you’ll need  

• Current P2 or open’s driver’s licence and reliable vehicle  
• Working with Children’s Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain  
• First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain  
• The right to work in Australia
