Help Launch a Brand New Kwik Kopy | Design | Print | Signage

About the role

This is a diverse, hands-on position that combines customer service, production, sales and account management. Working with a growing Business-to-Business customer base, you'll be involved in every stage of the customer journey - from the initial enquiry through to production, finishing and handover. Working alongside the passionate and driven franchise owner and an equally skilled and driven Knoxfield team, you will be part of something special.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting customers with enquiries and providing creative solutions

• Preparing and following up quotations

• Processing orders from concept through to completion

• Operating Konica Minolta production printers

• Preparing and checking print files, whilst liaising with an internal Graphic Designer for corrections

• Operating finishing equipment including guillotines, laminators, folders and binding equipment

• Packaging and coordinating deliveries

• Maintaining exceptional production quality and turnaround times

• Following up existing customers to generate repeat business

• Working closely with our Knoxfield production team on larger commercial projects

About you

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A proactive, can-do attitude

• High attention to detail

• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple jobs

• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new software

• Confidence working independently while also collaborating with a wider team

• A willingness to ask for the sale and build long-term customer relationships

• A good understanding of digital print and pre-press workflows

• Experience operating Konica Minolta production equipment (highly regarded)

Kwik Kopy is one of Australia's most recognised Design, Print and Signage brands. Kwik Kopy Knoxfield is growing rapidly and is already the largest Kwik Kopy centre in Victoria. Now, we're taking that success to the Mornington Peninsula.

We're opening a brand-new centre and building a foundation team to help establish the business from day one.

This won't be a typical Kwik Kopy.

We're creating something different for the Mornington Peninsula - high-end, bespoke and tailored solutions for businesses that expect more from their Design, Print and Signage partner. We're rewriting the story and bringing a fresh, innovative approach to the market.

With state-of-the-art production equipment and extensive capability at Knoxfield, the Mornington Peninsula centre will be equipped to deliver fast, same-day solutions locally, while larger and more complex projects will be supported and produced by our Knoxfield team.

This is an autonomous role with genuine responsibility and opportunity. You'll have the chance to help shape the way the new centre operates, build relationships with local businesses and play a key role in establishing something from the ground up.
