We are seeking a highly organised, systems-focused People and Culture professional to strengthen workforce compliance, administer our HR systems and support continuous improvement across the organisation. 

About the Role 

As our People & Culture Compliance & Systems Administrator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our workforce compliance obligations are met while supporting the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our People & Culture systems. 

You'll be the primary administrator for Employment Hero, ensuring the system is configured for fit for purpose, user-friendly and aligned with organisational requirements. You'll also coordinate workforce credentials and compliance activities across employment, mandatory training, child safety, privacy and regulatory obligations, helping keep our organisation audit-ready and compliant. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, working with data, solving problems and ensuring every detail is managed accurately. 

What You'll Be Doing 

You'll be responsible for: 

• Administering and optimising Employment Hero, including workflows, user access, reporting and system configuration.  
• Coordinating workforce compliance requirements including employee records, mandatory training, screening checks, probation, policy acknowledgements and employment documentation.  
• Maintaining accurate, secure and audit-ready People & Culture records.  
• Supporting child-safe and safeguarding workforce compliance requirements.  
• Producing workforce reports, compliance dashboards and audit evidence.  
• Providing Employment Hero training and support to managers and employees.  
• Developing user guides, process documentation and system improvements.  
• Supporting internal audits, accreditation activities and continuous improvement initiatives.  

About You 

You'll bring: 

• Experience administering Employment Hero or similar HRIS.  
• Experience in HR administration, workforce compliance or People & Culture operations.  
• Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.  
• Confidence managing confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.  
• Strong reporting, data management and problem-solving skills.  
• The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
• A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.  

Experience within community services, disability, child protection, residential care or another regulated environment will be highly regarded. 

Essential Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources Business Administration or a related discipline.  
• Current Queensland C Class Driver Licence.  
• Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).  
• Ability to meet all probity and safeguarding requirements, including a Licensed Care Service (LCS) Check.
