Thanks to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join the leadership team.  With new customer lines growing, this is a great time to join a business where you'll be heard and valued, and be first in the chair of CS Team Leader!

Your Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll lead the Customer Service team while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day operation. Duties include:

• Working in a fast paced environment, attending to high volume calls and processing orders
• Leading, coaching and supporting a small Customer Service team
• Managing customer enquiries, quotations and order processing
• Work collaboratively with Sales Representatives (in-field) and responding to queries with urgency
• Building strong customer and stakeholder relationships
• Resolving complex customer issues as required
• Driving continuous improvement across customer service processes
• Maintaining CRM accuracy and reporting

About You
You love customer service and enjoy being on the phone.  You have a flair for developing people, processes and customer experiences.  You'll also demonstrate:

• Sound Customer Service Leadership experience
• Manufacturing, Operations or Supply Chain environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing high-volume enquiries and orders
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Continuous improvement mindset
• CRM and MS365 experience

Other Details
This is a full-time, on-site position and hours fall between 7-3 or 8-4 (staggered accordingly).  Remuneration is competitive with bonus available in addition to salary.  On-site parking and easy access to public transport.
