Mobilisation Coordinator / Recruitment Administrator

DRD Group is seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator / Recruitment Administrator to join our Applecross team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the recruitment and mobilisation process and enjoys the challenge of keeping multiple moving parts on track.
 
Working closely with candidates, clients, and our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for ensuring workers are fully compliant, site-ready, and mobilised efficiently to projects across Australia. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end mobilisation of candidates, ensuring all personnel are job / site-ready and mobilised on time.
• Take full ownership of the mobilisation process, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact start dates.
• Manage medicals, inductions, training, licences, police clearances and compliance documentation to meet client and legislative requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, CRM and compliance systems.
• Track mobilisation progress and site-specific requirements, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Liaise professionally with candidates, clients, training providers and internal team to deliver an exceptional mobilisation experience.
• Support job advertising, candidate screening and recruitment administration activities.
• Produce recruitment reports, mobilisation trackers and compliance records with a high level of accuracy.
• Provide ongoing support to contractors throughout their assignments, acting as a trusted point of contact.

• Ensure all mobilisation activities are completed correctly the first time, minimising delays, compliance risks and client disruptions.
