Junior Administration Assistant - Full-Time

The role:

A wonderful opportunity exists for an entry level, Junior Administration Assistant to become a part of our team. 

This is a full-time role, with hours between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Your role will include a wide-range of general administration duties in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with a diverse range of people, and no two days will be the same.

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player, with strong communication skills and a great work ethic. An understanding of the construction industry would be helpful.

Duties:

• Answering phone enquiries

• Responding to email enquiries

• Organizing jobs for installation

• Basic scheduling 

• Ordering materials and supplies
