About the role
This advertisement is for one ongoing vacancy at the APS Level 5 classification.
The Executive Assistant provides high-quality executive support to the General Counsel (Deputy Commissioner, Legal and Assurance). The role is responsible for managing a range of strategic, confidential and time-sensitive matters while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include proactively managing the General Counsel’s diary and workflow, coordinating correspondence and meetings, and liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders. The role also provides administrative and operational support for projects, reporting activities and other initiatives led by the General Counsel, helping to ensure efficient and effective business outcomes.
