About the Position

We’re on the lookout for a passionate, hands-on Shop Manager to take the lead in our Robina shop. You’ll be at the heart of the school community—keeping each store running smoothly while creating a friendly, fast, and seamless experience for every parent and student.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be the driving force behind the in-store experience—delivering outstanding customer service while building genuine connections with students, parents, and the school community. Your ability to create a welcoming, efficient, and positive environment will be key to the store’s success.

With a strong focus on sales, you’ll take ownership of daily store performance, confidently assisting customers, maximising sales opportunities, and ensuring every interaction contributes to achieving store targets. You’ll bring a proactive approach, staying organised and responsive during busy seasonal periods.

Behind the scenes, you’ll ensure the store runs seamlessly through accurate stock management and administration. From maintaining inventory integrity to processing transactions with precision, your attention to detail will support smooth operations and a consistently high standard of presentation.

• Complete training across our in-store systems (POS, webstore, stocktake, and Click & Collect).

• Ongoing support from your Area Retail Manager, and Head Office team.

• Strong administration support from Head Office—we handle ordering, buying, warehousing, and client management and communications.

• A family-friendly roster: no nights, Sundays, or public holidays.
