About the Role:
As a Store Manager, you’ll play a leading role in our team to ensure that every customer leaves with the best possible experience.
Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of 30+ in a dynamic big-box retail environment.Drive Performance: Utilise your expertise in P&L management, KPI achievement, and trend forecasting.Manage Operations: Oversee stock management and maintain high operational efficiency.Elevate Standards: Implement exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising.Focus on Customers: Prioritise delivering outstanding customer experiences.Build Teams: Mentor and develop talent pipelines to ensure long-term success.Achieve Goals: Set and smash ambitious targets while having fun along the way.

What We Are Looking For:Store leadership experience within a large-format retailer.Ability to lead teams of 30+ members.Strong financial acumen, including experience in P&L analysis and forecasting.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.A knack for managing high stock volumes effectively.A passion for the outdoors and adventure (bonus!)First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.Full-time availability, including weekends.Full working rights in Australia.
