We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

• Welcoming customers and assisting with service bookings, enquiries and vehicle updates.

• Preparing accurate repair orders and liaising closely with the workshop to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and on time.

• Keeping customers informed throughout the service process and providing clear, professional updates.

• Identifying and recommending additional service and repair requirements where appropriate.

• Building strong, lasting relationships with customers through exceptional communication and service.

• Delivering a premium and professional customer experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.

• Working collaboratively with the Service and Workshop teams to achieve departmental goals.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably within an automotive dealership environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent time management, organisation and attention to detail.

• A genuine customer-first approach and commitment to delivering outstanding service.

• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• Experience with ERA Power.

• A current and valid driver's licence.

• Full Australian working rights.
