About The Role

• We are looking for an experienced cleaner who is flexible and prepared to cover different shifts to relieve staff on leave and cover during busy periods.

• The purpose of this role is to provide cleaning services and waste removal according to the policies and procedures of the Hospital and the Environmental Services Department.

• The cleaner is required to liaise with staff and customers (nurses, patients, visitors) concerning the service provisions.

About You

• Previous cleaning experience in a healthcare setting.

• Understanding of infection control principles.

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

• Ability to support the needs of the housekeeping department working independently or as a member of a team.

• Previous experience with a variety of cleaning equipment.
