Role Overview: As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of our marketing activities across customer, trade, and digital channels. This role ensures high-quality delivery of product launches, managing marketing campaign & event execution, CRM support and digital content that strengthens brand presence, supports sales execution, and drives revenue growth. You’ll work closely with a supportive team and lead exciting projects that shape the future of our industry. This role is based at our Southbank office and reports into the Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, sponsorships, and trade marketing activities.Develop and maintain marketing and sales support materials, including POS collateral, promotional assets, and product information.Plan and deliver events, conferences, training programs, and partner activations, ensuring effective execution and follow-up.Prepare business reports, presentations, meeting actions, and marketing performance analyses.Act as the primary contact for sales and marketing enquiries, providing support and coordinating stakeholder requests.Support sales operations through Salesforce administration, reporting, dashboards, and data management.Manage marketing administration, including budgets, purchase orders, invoices, supplier documentation, and expenditure tracking.Collaborate across Sales, Product Management, Training, HR, Finance, and external partners to support brand, marketing, and business initiatives.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.Represent Bostik at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
What We’re Looking For:Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or demonstrated equivalent work experience.2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role.Experience with adhesives, sealants, waterproofing, flooring systems, or similar technical products preferred.Strong organisational and project coordination skills.Skilled in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficient with Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe product suite.
