THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Winslow Constructors team based in the South Eastern Suburbs, Melbourne Victoria.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will:

• Manage residential and commercial land development projects

• Manage and respond to tenders for new residential and sub-division construction projects

• Guide a team of junior engineers assigned to your projects

• Lead project compliance in accordance with the Business Management System

• Oversee project planning and programming tasks

• Manage and build client and subcontractor relationships

• Deliver projects in conjunction with the field supervisory team

• Review and act on performance of construction crew and subcontractors against estimates

• Mitigate and act on project performance issues

• Report production costs daily, weekly and monthly

• Oversee the procurement of plant, equipment and material for projects

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

As a tertiary qualified civil engineer, you will have:

• Sound Experience in Civil construction

• Project management experience

• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

• A white card

• Working rights in Australia

• Access to a vehicle and a valid driver licence
