The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to join a major infrastructure project based in Perth.
Working closely with project leadership, you will lead the People & Culture function across a large project workforce, providing strategic and operational support across workforce planning, employee and industrial relations, recruitment, mobilisation, talent management and organisational development.
This is a site-based role offering the opportunity to influence workforce performance, culture and capability in a complex project environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the People & Culture function across the project workforcePartner with project leadership to deliver workforce and people strategiesProvide advice on employee relations, industrial relations and workforce mattersSupport workforce planning, recruitment, mobilisation and talent initiativesDrive engagement, retention, succession planning and capability developmentCoach and support leaders on people management and performance mattersEnsure compliance with employment legislation, enterprise agreements and company policiesSupport culture, diversity and inclusion initiativesContribute to organisational change and continuous improvement programs
About You
Significant experience in a senior Human Resources or People & Culture roleStrong employee relations and industrial relations capabilityExperience supporting large operational, project-based or mobile workforcesProven ability to partner with and influence senior leadersExperience managing workforce mobilisation, talent and organisational change initiativesStrong stakeholder engagement, coaching and communication skillsRelevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Business or a related discipline
Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, resources or other project-based industries will be highly regarded.
