Founded in 2008 Croc’s Playcentre has fast become a well-known brand to many families across Australia. More than 500,000 people visit, and 12,000 birthday parties are celebrated in our venues each and every year.

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to manage all aspects of our in-store operation. This has the opportunity to move into a permanent role and potential for further opportunities within the south east suburbs of Melbourne.

The Opportunity:
You’ll be assisting manage all aspects of in-store operations on a full-time basis. In this hands-on diverse and busy role, you will operate our in-store Muffin Break Café, oversee a high volume of children’s birthday parties and private functions as well as ensure the safe operation of the playground. You’ll be responsible for managing bookings and enquiries as well as well as the day-to-day operation in line with our C.R.O.C.S standards. Cleanliness, Retail Experience, Operations, Customer Experience, Safety. 

What you will need:

• Demonstrated experience in managing people in addition to growing sales, managing costs and delivering outstanding service in a high-volume environment

• Can do attitude with the ability to act autonomously, efficiently and resiliently

• Passion for creating a supporting and motivating team culture.

• Valid First Aid Certificate & Working with Children’s check
