Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team. In this role, you will lead the kitchen in delivering high-quality, flavorful dishes while ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled culinary professional with a love for bold flavors and team leadership.

Key Responsibility

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. 

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and service standards. 

• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing team. 

• Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier orders to ensure smooth operations. 

• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards while maintaining a well-organized kitchen. 

• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant.

• Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques, flavor balancing, and food presentation.

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or a relevant culinary qualification.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire a team.
