Role Snapshot: 
 
Our team at WeAreLiving Zetland are looking for a Leasing Agent to drive leasing success through genuine engagement, expert guidance, and a personalised, customer-first approach. From first enquiry to move-in, you’ll deliver a seamless and professional experience at every touchpoint.

This is more than a traditional leasing role - it’s an opportunity to bring energy, authenticity, and a strong sense of community, helping create a place residents are proud to call home.

This is a 12-month fixed-term position ending in July 2027.

Key Responsibilities include: 

• Create an exceptional resident experience by delivering safe, supportive service with memorable moments that exceed expectations
• Support leasing strategy to achieve occupancy, rental, and revenue targets
• Follow company procedures and contribute to improving on-site operations
• Deliver outstanding leasing experiences through responsive communication, engaging tours, and personalised service
• Manage enquiries in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up in line with brand standards.

About You: 

You are a relationship-driven professional who thrives on helping people find their perfect home and delivering a seamless leasing experience. You take pride in representing a premium brand and enjoy turning enquiries into long-term residents. You will also have:

• Demonstrated junior leasing or real estate experience
• High attention to detail and CRM confidence
• Effective time management and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Completed Assistant Agent's Certificate (NSW)
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia & National Police Check.

WeAreLiving Zetland is a design-led Build-to-Rent community offering an urban oasis just 5km south of the Sydney CBD. Positioned at the heart of Zetland’s revitalised precinct, this six-level mixed-use development brings together 135 thoughtfully designed residences within a purpose-built rental environment.
