SPRAY PAINTER - MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIRS

About the role

mcwhinneys pty ltd' is seeking an experienced Assistant Spray Painter to join our team in Airport West VIC 3042. This is a full-time position where you will provide critical support to our skilled spray painting professionals.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and priming surfaces for spray painting

• Mixing and preparing paint and other coating materials

• Operating spray painting equipment to apply paint and coatings

• Ensuring a high standard of finish on all painted surfaces

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

• Supporting the lead spray painters with their tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as an assistant spray painter or in a similar role

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina

• Knowledge of spray painting techniques and equipment

• Willingness to learn and develop your skills further
