About the role
CMBM Facility Services is a well-established, Queensland-owned company delivering high-quality commercial cleaning and facility services across the state. As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Sun Metals, Townsville.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for both cleaning duties and site supervision, ensuring service excellence, strong team performance, and positive client relationships.

📝 Key Responsibilities
Perform hands-on commercial cleaning duties as part of daily operations
Conduct regular site inspections and cleaning audits to maintain quality standards
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and engagement
Supervise, train, and support cleaning staff to ensure consistent service delivery
Manage site rostering and assist with staff scheduling and coverage
Monitor and manage stock, consumables, ordering, and site supplies
Assist with administrative duties including timesheets, payroll sign-off, and reporting
Respond promptly to client requests, feedback, and operational issues
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
✅ About You
Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential
Proven experience leading or supervising cleaning teams
Strong client engagement and communication skills
Comfortable in a hands-on role involving both cleaning and supervision
Experience with rostering, team coordination, and site operations
Strong organisational and time management skills
Basic to intermediate computer skills, including email, Excel, reporting systems, and mobile applications
Current Australian Driver’s Licence
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical assessment
