Food Services Lead - FT - Wyvern PH

We currently have an opportunity for a Full-Time Food Services Lead. Join our team and play a key role in being part of something truly special as we manage the delivery of support services critical to maintaining the integrity of the hospital's operations including food, cleaning, security and maintenance. Reporting to the Head Chef, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do (key responsibilities)

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Leading a small team
• Diet aid for patients
• Menu monitoring
• Customer service

What You’ll Bring (experience required)

• Work experience within health care essential
• Minimum 2 years team leader/supervisory experience within hospitality roles
• High standard of personal presentation and strong communication skills
• Worked within HACCP certified environment
• Knowledge of NSW Food Authority regulations
• Food Safety knowledge
