The opportunity

An exciting opportunity is now available to join a dynamic team of Allied Health and physiotherapist professionals at Royal Freemasons in the Home Care team that supports CHSP, HCP and Private Clients. You will be part of a modern, innovative, and rapidly growing organisation.

We currently have shifts available Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s (Week 1 and Week 2) - 9:00am-5:00pm. 

You will be responsible for providing expert community care to clients within their own Home Care or in our Wellness Centre which is undergoing an exciting transformation. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our dedicated Allied Health and Home Care team to provide a holistic approach to health and care.

Qualifications, knowledge and requirements required for the role: 

• Certificate level 4 in AHA or higher qualification
• Understanding of client-centred care and community health principles
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to relate effectively to a diverse client group, including people with dementia
• Capacity to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
• Experience in the allied health and/or community health sector

Other requirements

• Hold a current Full Australian Driver Licence
• Have a valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Vaccinations against COVID-19 and and flu vaccinations are highly encouraged
