We're currently hiring Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs and Chef de Parties to join our growing teams at venues including:

• Boundary Hotel

• Riverland Brisbane

• Lord Alfred Hotel

• Plus additional Brisbane locations

From bustling riverside venues and historic pubs to vibrant dining destinations, each venue offers a unique environment where you can grow your career while working alongside passionate hospitality professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and delivering high-quality meals during busy service periods

• Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency

• Supporting stock control, food safety and kitchen organisation

• Working collaboratively within a fast-paced kitchen brigade

• Contributing ideas and maintaining high operational standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen

• A passion for producing quality food

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
