Physiotherapist - Clinic and Community

The Role

Being Physio' is looking for an experienced and passionate Physiotherapist 1 FTE and 1 PTE to join our dynamic team in Caddens Clinic. As our Physiotherapist - Clinic and Community, you will have the opportunity to support patients in our clinic-based practice as well as through our community-based caseloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and interventions to patients in both our clinic and community settings

• Collaborate with medical professionals, allied health practitioners, and patients to develop and implement personalised rehabilitation plans

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

• Maintain detailed clinical records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures

• Contribute to the development and delivery of our community-based rehabilitation programs

• Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development activities

What We're Looking For

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration

• Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Physiotherapist, with exposure to both clinic-based and/ community-based role.

• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement tailored treatment plans

• MUST have a driving licence and own car.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care

• Familiarity with relevant physiotherapy and rehabilitation software and technologies
